Your Contrax Dashboard shows you an overview of what is happening in your contract environment.
The graph at the top shows a rolling 12 months of when renewals are due. Below that you get a summary of the number of active contracts and the total renewal value for the upcoming 12 months.
Monthly Renewals
The renewals bar shows a summary of the number of renewals, and the associated total value, due during each month.
Recent Contracts
Recent contracts provides a summary of the new or renewed contracts over the past 3 months. We show the value of the contracts created during the individual periods of:
- This month (Month to Date)
- Last Month
- Two Months Ago
The contract cards are clickable and will take you to the details of a contract.
The individual cards show a quick contract overview and include:
- The Contract Number
- The Contract Value
- The customer the contract is with
- Contract Start and End Dates
We also display icons for if Notes are attached to a contract or if there is a copy of the contract attached.
Upcoming Renewals
Upcoming renewals are renewals which are due in the next:
- 0 to 30 days in flashing Red
- Between 31 and 60 days in Orange
- Between 61 and 90 days in Purple
