Adding Contract Attachments
How do I add an attachment?

The process to add attachments to a contract is outlined below:
1) From the contracts page click in the contract number of the contract to which you wish to add an attachment.
2) Once in the Contracts Details pane go to the Attachments card and click on the Add Attachment button.

3) Select the PDF attachment that you want to add to the contract and press Open.
4) Once uploaded the file name will be displayed, along with the series of control icons.

Above the icons you have the filename and the filesize. If the filename is longer than the space then if you hover the mouse over the filename a tooltip will appear with the full name of the uploaded file.
The icon functions, from right to left, are:
- X Delete the attachment. You will be prompted to confirm the file deletion.
NOTE: This action cannot be undone so if you are not sure if you have a copy you should download a copy first. - Download This will download a copy of the file, defaulting to the original name of the uploaded file.
- Eye View the file. This will open a PDF viewer which will let you rotate, scale and print the document.
NOTE: On a mobile phone or tablet the PDF will be displayed in a web browser. - Brain This will let you analyse the document, or display the analysis information if an analysis has been performed.
NOTE: If the attachment has been successfully analysed the brain icon will be green.
