Best Practice in Attachment Management

Do NOT combine multiple documents into a single attachment, as this makes it difficult for the Analysis to understand the intent of a document.

You can have multiple attachments to a contract. It is best practice to keep your attachments separate and focused on a single topic. That way the Document Analysis understand the structure and can extract appropriate information. i.e. 


  • Contracts - we look for:
    • The contracted parties 
    • Start date and End date
    • Payment Schedule and amounts
    • Permitted increases
    • Penalties and Fees
    • Currency
    • etc
  • Contract Obligations
    • Term
    • Renewal Terms
    • Governing Law
    • Dispute resolution
    • Termination Penalties
    • etc.

The Financial Terms for a contract are displayed on the Contract Details tab.

Contractual Obligations are displayed in the Contractual Terms Tab, within the contract details.
