Contract States
Within Contrax a contract can have various different status states. these are:
- Pending
- Active
- Renewed
- Expired
Pending Contracts
Pending Contracts are contracts which have been created, but have not yet reached their start date.
Active Contracts
Active contracts are between their start date and their end date.
Renewed Contracts
A renewed contract is one which was active and has been renewed, to create a new contract number. This allows you to see the history of a contract with a customer as it gets renewed on an annual basis.
Expired Contracts
Expired contracts are contracts which have reached their end date and have not been renewed.
